The biscuits baked according to this recipe are delicious, crispy and very aromatic. And the combination of three types of chocolate and healthy hazelnuts makes the taste of this cookie special. A glass of fresh milk will emphasize the taste of this cookie.
Ingredients:
- Sifted flour - 100 g;
- Butter - 50 g;
- Bitter and white chocolate - 100 g each;
- Milk chocolate - 200 g;
- Granulated sugar - 150 g;
- Large eggs - 2 pcs;
- Soda - half a teaspoon;
- Hazelnuts - 70 g.
Preparation:
- Stir eggs and sugar in a deep bowl. You need to beat this mixture until the mass turns out to be airy and light.
- Take milk and half of dark chocolate and mix them in a saucepan with butter. The resulting mixture in a water bath must be completely melted. Then the melted chocolate needs to be cooled a little and slowly pour it over the eggs beaten with sugar. Beat the mass until it is completely homogeneous.
- Mix flour with water, pour the mixture over the chocolate mass and stir well.
- Peel the hazelnuts and chop a little with a large knife. The pieces should not be too small. Chopped nuts need to be poured to the dough and stirred.
- Chop the remaining bitter and white chocolate into large pieces. The pieces should be the same size as the nuts.
- Take a large baking sheet and line it with a piece of parchment paper. Now you need to put the cookies on a baking sheet. To do this, you can use a tablespoon - one spoonful of dough for one cookie. The distance between the dough must be sufficient. Put chopped pieces of chocolate on top of the dough.
- You need to bake chocolate cookies for 15 minutes at a temperature of approximately 180 degrees. After the cookies are cooked, you do not need to remove them from the paper before they have cooled down. This is to ensure that the cookies do not break, but are crispy.
