It is necessary

  • - 220 ml of milk;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 75 g sugar + powder for sprinkling ready-made cakes;
  • - 2 small eggs;
  • - 65 g flour;
  • - zest of a quarter of a lemon;
  • - a pinch of cinnamon.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate with oil or line 4 small molds with special "collars" for cupcakes.

Step 2

The butter should be melted in the microwave or water bath. Cool slightly. While it cools down, mix milk, eggs and sugar with a mixer in a bowl. Add melted butter, sift flour into a container with liquid ingredients, add a pinch of cinnamon and lemon zest. Beat until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the dough into molds and send it to the oven for 30 minutes. Ready-made cakes, golden brown. We take out, cool a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar. They are wonderful both "hot, hot", and from the refrigerator the next day.
