It is necessary

  • - 200 grams of pork;
  • - 200 grams of beef;
  • - 2 medium carrots;
  • - 2 medium onions;
  • - 1 bunch of cilantro;
  • - 1 bunch of parsley;
  • - 1 bunch of dill;
  • - 1 bunch of basil;
  • - chicken eggs 3 pcs.;
  • - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, let cool and mash with a fork into coarse crumbs. Wash the parsley, dill, basil, then dry and finely chop all the herbs. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash pork and beef. Then dry the meat and cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and carrots, cut thinly into half rings.

Step 3

Heat the pan thoroughly, add vegetable oil and fry the meat over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then add carrots and onions to the meat. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the meat, onions, and carrots from the skillet to the pan. Pour in 1 liter of water and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

After 40 minutes, add chicken eggs and finely chopped herbs to the soup. Cover the soup with a lid and let it brew. Portuguese green soup is ready.
