Have you ever tried Portuguese cuisine? Try to cook a Portuguese tuna salad, it cooks quickly, it turns out delicious and original.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - canned tuna - 1 can;
- - canned beans - 1 can;
- - olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - rice vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - one onion;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - pepper, ground salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse canned beans.
Step 2
Take a can of canned tuna in its own juice, mash the fish with a fork.
Step 3
Cut the onions into half rings. It is advisable to scald with boiling water to remove excess bitterness.
Step 4
Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, whisk the vinegar and olive oil together. Add chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Step 5
Combine fish, beans, onions.
Step 6
Season the Portuguese salad with the resulting fragrant dressing, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - this salad should be well infused. Bon Appetit!
