  • - wheat flour - 200-220 g;
  • - granulated sugar - 180 g;
  • - baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • - salt - on the tip of a knife;
  • - icing sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - a little butter to grease the mold;
  • - tangerines 2-3 pcs. medium size.

Cooking charlotte with tangerines should be started with the preparation of the filling. To do this, tangerines are washed and carefully peeled. After that, the fruit is divided into slices and peeled from white films and partitions. Prepared mandarin slices are cut into small pieces.
