On the eve of the holiday, buying juicy tangerines will not be difficult, they will not only decorate a vase with fruit, but also help create a culinary masterpiece.
It is necessary
- -12 chicken legs,
- -6 tangerines,
- -4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - a little ginger,
- -5 cloves of garlic,
- -2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce,
- -2 tbsp. spoons of brandy,
- - a little paprika,
- - a little black pepper,
- - a little fine sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash tangerines, ginger root, chicken legs well. We clean the cloves of garlic.

Separate the meat from the bones from the legs. For cooking, you can use not only chicken legs, but also thighs.

Put the meat in a cup, salt, cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.

Remove the peel from the tangerines, divide them into slices.

Finely chop the peeled garlic and ginger.

Put chopped ginger and garlic in a cup, pour in two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of brandy, add a little paprika and ground black pepper. The chicken marinade is ready.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat until golden brown.

Pour the fried meat with marinade, leave for ten minutes. During this time, we heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Put the meat in a mold along with the marinade and tangerine wedges. We bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
