Chicken is one of the most popular foods. With it, you can cook many first and second courses, snacks. A great option for the first chicken dish is puree soup. It is done simply, it fits perfectly into both children's and adult rations. As a savory addition to this soup, you can use mandarin slices.

- 300 gr chicken fillet
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- 2 tangerines
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 130 ml milk

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool. Then pass through a meat grinder several times: the minced meat should eventually become a mushy consistency. In a bowl of fillets, add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of broth, mix well. Wipe the resulting mixture with a spoon through a sieve.
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. Pour flour in there and fry it until golden brown. Add 2 more cups of broth to the flour pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cool slightly. and pass through a sieve.
Step 3
Place the resulting flour sauce and chicken fillet in a saucepan. Let it all boil well together. Turn off the heat on the stove. Season the soup with salt, pepper to taste, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. then, in a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk with milk and pour this mixture into the soup.
Step 4
Peel the tangerines, divide them into wedges. Prepare croutons: the size and type of bread is up to you. Garnish the soup with tangerine slices and croutons before serving. Bon Appetit.
