- - milk - 3/4 cup;
- - two egg yolks;
- - sugar - 5 tablespoons;
- - heavy cream - 3/4 cup;
- - hot water - 3 spoons;
- - green tea powder - 1 spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine powdered green tea with hot water and set aside. Beat the egg yolks in a saucepan, add sugar, mix. Add milk, mix.
Step 2
Place the pot on the stove and simmer over low heat. Remove from heat when the mixture thickens. Cool it down by placing the dishes in ice water. Add green tea, stir, do not remove from cold water.
Step 3
Whisk in the cream, add to the mixture, stirring gently. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, freeze. If there is no ice cream maker, then pour the mixture into a container that can be tightly closed, freeze the dessert in the freezer, stirring the mixture every hour.
