It is necessary
- - 180 g of white chocolate;
- - 2 egg whites;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of mint extract;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and sugar;
- - 1/8 teaspoon of tartar;
- - a few sprigs of mint;
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Step 1
You can replace the tartar in this recipe with two drops of lemon juice or salt on the tip of a knife. Melt the chocolate (80 g) in the microwave (about 20 seconds), dip a few mint leaves in the chocolate until the chocolate is almost completely covered. Place pieces of chocolate with mint leaves on parchment paper, place in the refrigerator (but not the freezer).
Step 2
Melt the remaining white chocolate in a water bath with 1/4 cup of cream, stirring the mixture. Cool it completely. It will cool for about 15 minutes. During this time, you will have time to beat the remaining cream with mint extract, vanilla and sugar (beat with a mixer!).
Step 3
Beat the egg whites separately with the addition of tartar. Enter the resulting proteins into the chocolate mixture, mix. Add whipped cream, stir again thoroughly.
Step 4
The mint-chocolate mousse is ready, it remains to decorate it with coconut or chocolate chips of your choice, as well as mint leaves in chocolate. You can serve in portioned bowls as an independent dessert or with pancakes, pancakes.
