First, knead the dough, for this, separate the yolks from two eggs and grind them with melted margarine or butter. Add sugar and soda to the resulting mixture, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour through a sieve, pour it into the prepared mixture and knead the hard dough. We put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.

While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling: pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or knead with a fork until smooth. Add one egg yolk, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to a bowl of cottage cheese, mix with a mixer until smooth. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Grease a baking dish (deep frying pan) with butter. We spread the dough into the mold so that it completely covers the bottom, and sides form around the edges. Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees, bake the base for the cake for about 15 minutes.

Fill the baked base with a mass of cottage cheese. Beat the cooled proteins with a mixer with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and a pinch of salt. You should get a strong, fluffy foam. Fill the cake with the mixture and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes, so that the proteins harden and brown a little. If desired, the cake can be decorated with fruits, berries or grated chocolate.
