  • - cream of 33% fat content - 100 milliliters;
  • - water - 30 milliliters;
  • - gelatin - 10 grams.

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the whites with the lemon juice to form a strong foam, continue whisking in the powdered sugar. Add starch, mix with a spatula.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees. Place the baskets on a baking sheet using a pastry bag. Send to the oven. Let the baskets dry for three hours. Just make sure that the oven door does not close completely.
