Delicate smoked salmon meatballs can surprise guests for any occasion. Or prepare for a homemade dinner. Serve a fresh vegetable salad to complement the fish meatballs.

- - potatoes - 0.7 kg;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - butter - 40-50 g;

- - avocado - 0.5 pcs.;
- - horseradish root - 20 g;
- - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, peel. Dip peeled potatoes into a saucepan, pour water, salt. Boil potatoes over medium heat.
Step 2
Peel the smoked fish, carefully remove the bones. Finely chop the salmon fillet. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Free the finished potatoes from water, turn them into mashed potatoes with a crush. Add finely chopped pieces of smoked salmon and onions. Combine the potato mixture with butter and some of the bread crumbs. Wash the chicken eggs, break one into a total mass, mix. Do not forget to salt and pepper the semi-finished product to your taste.
Step 4
Wet your hands in water and form small balls of fish and potato mass.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip each fishball in an egg, then in breadcrumbs, fry for 7-8 minutes.
Step 6
For the smoked salmon meatballs, prepare the sauce. Mix the avocado pulp with the grated horseradish and a little lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Place the smoked salmon meatballs on a serving plate, place a little avocado sauce next to it. For a full meal, prepare a fresh vegetable salad.
