Light dessert sweet potato soup.
A blend of 5 Chinese spices gives the dish an oriental spicy flavor.
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- Sweet potato - 300 g;
- Onion - 1 medium head;
- Apple - 300 g;
- Water - 200 ml;
- Garlic - 1 small clove;
- Sea salt - to taste;
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp;
- A pinch of fennel seeds, cloves, black pepper and Sichuan peppercorns.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apple and sweet potato, cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion as desired. Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Put the vegetables in a fireproof dish, add spices, cover and simmer in the oven for about an hour.
Step 3
Transfer vegetables to a blender and puree with 200 ml of filtered water. Done! Tasty both hot and cold. Can be served with yogurt.
