It is necessary

  • - 8 slices of rye bread;
  • - 500 grams of spicy cheese;
  • - 200 grams of marbled cheese;
  • - 200 grams of lightly salted herring fillet;
  • - 50 grams of mayonnaise;
  • - 1 large onion, red;
  • - 1 pickled cucumber;
  • - 1 small pod of hot pepper;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 small bunch of green onions;
  • - 4 tablespoons of milk 2.5% fat;
  • - salt, red and black pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Two types of cheese are rubbed on a coarse grater and mixed thoroughly in one container. The garlic is peeled and rubbed into the cheese mass. Add two types of ground pepper, salt, mix and dilute the resulting mixture with milk.

Step 2

Hot peppers are washed and peeled from seeds, after which they are cut into small cubes.

Step 3

The onions are peeled, washed in running water and cut in half. One of the halves is cut into thin half rings, the other into small cubes. The pickled cucumber is also finely chopped. Green onions are washed in water and cut into rings.

Step 4

Fillet of herring is cut neatly lengthwise and cut into small portions.

Step 5

Slices of rye bread are lightly greased with a mass of cheese and garlic. Sprinkle with a little onion and pepper on top. Then put portioned pieces of herring fillet. You can decorate the dish with onion rings and, if desired, lightly drizzle with mayonnaise.
