The beef is very tender and juicy. The aroma and taste of vegetables are perfectly combined. Cooking in a slow cooker makes the dish not only especially tasty, but also extremely healthy.

- - 2 onions;
- - pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.;
- - potatoes 6-7 pcs.;
- - tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - water 2 glasses;
- - spices to taste;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut into small pieces, pat dry with a paper towel. Beef is best suited for homemade basics. It also tastes good with pork. Chicken is less suitable for this dish. To improve the taste, turmeric and nutmeg are added to the meat.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put the meat, and onion on top. Cook in the "Fry" mode for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater, add them to the meat. Also add spices and tomato paste. Chop the garlic and place in the multicooker bowl. Cover the meat with water. Cook in the "Stew" mode for 1, 5 hours.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into small cubes. Place the potatoes with the meat 30 minutes before cooking. Add bay leaves. Serve the ready-made basics hot.
Step 5
To make the dish more appetizing and beautiful, garnish it with fresh chopped herbs. Serve fresh vegetables on a separate plate.
