Cooking salmon so that it turns out to be fragrant and tender is not difficult at all. Ordinary dough can help in this culinary business. It is in it that the fish cooks slowly and does not lose its juiciness.

- - water - 225 ml;
- - salt - 60 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - dill - 2 bunches.

Step 1
You can use a food processor to prepare the dough; it is much easier to prepare the dough with it. Eggs in the amount of 3 pieces, wash and break into a separate bowl, beat. Place flour and water in a food processor container, add salt and beaten eggs, process food. After receiving the dough, roll it into a ball, remove it for 1 hour in a cold place.
Step 2
Prepare the fish, free it from bones and skin. Salt the resulting fillet. Wash the lemon under running warm water, cut into thin slices. Cover the salmon fillets with lemon wedges.
Step 3
Remove the rested dough from the refrigerator, roll out on the worktable, after sprinkling with flour. The thickness of the rolled layer should not exceed 13 mm.
Step 4
Prepare the dill, rinse and dry the herbs. Chop it finely with a knife.
Step 5
Put the fish on the dough, sprinkle with fresh dill. Cover the fish fillet with the free portion of the dough and press down on the edges. Beat the remaining egg, brush the dough with it.
Step 6
Heat the oven to 230 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the semi-finished product in the oven. Bake the dish for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Cool the prepared salmon in the dough. Peel off the top layer of the baked dough. Divide the fish into portions and serve.
