  • - Butter 50 g
  • - Large potatoes 2 pieces
  • - Soft cheese 50 g
  • - Egg 2 pieces
  • - Milk 280 ml
  • - Ground black pepper
  • - Salt

Instructions

Step 1

We dilute yeast in milk. Mix all the ingredients and knead the yeast pizza dough. Leave the dough covered for 1 - 2 hours in a warm place, thereby allowing it to come up. Then put it in a deep frying pan with a layer of 20 - 25 mm.

Step 2

While the dough is coming up, you can start filling. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water and chop, fry under the lid in heated oil in a frying pan.

Step 3

Grease the dough, spread the chopped onion and potatoes in an even layer.

Step 4

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour pizza with this mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees.
