Cabbage rolls are delicious and nutritious, but they take time to prepare. If you do not want to spend a huge amount of time cooking cabbage rolls, then this simple recipe is for you. Cooking delicious and aromatic cabbage rolls in half an hour. Suitable for lunch and dinner.
It is necessary
- - white cabbage or savoy cabbage - 1 head,
- - veal - 700 grams (you can take purchased minced meat),
- - boiled buckwheat - 200 grams,
- - champignons - 8 pieces,

- - olive oil - 50 ml,

- - sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise) - 350 ml,
- - garlic - a few cloves to taste,

Instructions
Step 1
We disassemble the cabbage (white or Savoy cabbage to taste) into leaves and blanch until soft. Cut hard veins from cabbage leaves for easy folding.
Step 2
We pass the veal through a meat grinder. If you do not want to make minced meat yourself, then you can use purchased beef with pork.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings, the mushrooms into slices.
Heat olive oil or vegetable oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the onion along with the mushrooms in it. Add boiled buckwheat, salt and pepper a little, fry for another 5 minutes, mix with minced meat.
Step 4
Put the stuffing of minced meat and mushrooms on the cabbage leaf, fold it and put it in a saucepan convenient for stewing. Fill the cabbage rolls with chicken broth, cook for about twenty minutes.
Step 5
Finely chop green onions with dill sprigs, mix in a cup with sour cream. Knead the garlic cloves and mix with the sauce. Salt a little and mix.
Step 6
Put the finished cabbage rolls on portioned plates, pour with sour cream sauce and enjoy the taste. Decorate with fresh herbs before serving.
