It is necessary

  • For meatballs:
  • - 200 g beef tenderloin
  • - 300 g pork
  • - 1 onion
  • - 3 tbsp. l. cream
  • - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • - 4 tomatoes
  • - 1 bell pepper
  • - 1 onion
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - salt, pepper, dried oregano to taste
  • Additionally:
  • - 1 baguette
  • - 4 slices of hard cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Let's prepare minced meat for meatballs. Peel the onion, rinse under cold water and cut into 4 pieces. Pass the beef, pork and onion through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and cream. Mix thoroughly. Form into small balls and fry in olive oil for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Step 2

Let's make the sauce. To do this, wash the tomatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash the pepper, dry it, core it and cut into strips. Peel and chop the garlic. Put tomatoes and peppers in a preheated saucepan. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Then add the garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.

Step 3

Put the meatballs in the sauce. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Cut the baguette into 4 parts and in half, but not completely. Put hot meatballs in the middle, pour with sauce and put cheese slices each. When the cheese is slightly melted, you can eat it.
