An interesting appetizer, hearty and at the same time not too “heavy”. It is based on pita bread. The fillings can be varied to your liking.

- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1/2 onion;
- - green lettuce leaves;
- - mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce;
- - vegetable oil;

- - seasoning for chicken.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly in running water. Place in a saucepan, cover with clean water and cook until the meat is cooked, remembering to skim off the foam with a slotted spoon. At this time, fry thin onion half rings in vegetable oil. Cool the chicken and cut. Stir onion and breast, add chicken spices. Keep on fire for some time so that the onion is fully cooked. Place on a plate and set aside.
Step 2
Wash the tomato and cut into medium slices. Wash bell peppers, remove partitions and seeds. Cut into small cubes. Rinse the green salad, shake off the drops and let the leaves dry (you can additionally blot them with paper towels). Toss salad, vegetables, and meat with onions.
Step 3
Place the pitas in the microwave for 20 seconds at maximum power, then cut with a knife on one side so that you get a pocket. Place the filling inside, half-filling the pita.
Step 4
Add some mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce inside, then add more toppings and top with a little mayonnaise. Serve the appetizer immediately while the pita is warm.
