If on a hot day you suddenly want rich baked goods with cream, but there is no desire to stand by the hot oven at all, this simple recipe will come to the rescue!
It is necessary
- The foundation:
- - 200 g of your favorite dry biscuits;
- - 0.5 bags of vanilla sugar;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. brown sugar;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- - 50-75 ml of water.
- Cream:
- - 200 g of boiled condensed milk;
- - 125 g of Philadelphia cheese;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. rum or 3 drops of rum essence.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a kitchen processor to grind the cookies into small crumbs, almost flour. Add two types of sugar (brown and vanilla) and unsweetened cocoa powder to the cookie bowl. Mix thoroughly again, and then add water: not all at once, but little by little - just enough to make a dough (from 50 to 75 ml).
Step 2
Whisk the cream cheese with a mixer. With a thin stream, turn off the unit, pour in the boiled condensed milk. Then add alcohol or essence in equivalent (if cooking for children, for example) and mix until completely smooth.
Step 3
Divide the dough in half. Prepare parchment or film for storing food - spread it on your work surface.
Step 4
Roll each piece of dough on the prepared surface. Apply cream on top of the base and, using film or parchment, roll into a tight roll. You will have some cream left - save it.
Step 5
Send the dessert to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. To serve, garnish the roll with the remaining cream and cut into portions.
