The ingredients that make up it are probably stored in the refrigerator for many. In addition, this snack is prepared in a hurry, because you don't need to boil anything beforehand. - - semi-smoked sausage (for example, Cervelat) - 200 g;
- - white cabbage - 300 g;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - canned corn - 0, 5 cans (you can take more);
- - red onion - 1 pc.;
- - mayonnaise to taste;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and rinse carrots and red onions under running water. Remove the first two layers of leaves from the cabbage. Grate the carrots on a regular coarse grater or on a grater designed for making Korean carrots. In this case, you should get a thin long straw.

Chop the white cabbage into thin narrow strips and lightly rub it with your hands so that it becomes softer. Cut the sausage into thin cubes. Chop the red onion into quarters. Drain any liquid from canned corn.

Put all the prepared ingredients - cabbage, sausage, red onions, carrots and corn in a salad bowl. Add a couple pinches of salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Add mayonnaise to taste, a teaspoon of vegetable oil and mix well. Salad ready! It can be served immediately.
