  • - water - 2 multi-glasses;
  • - salt and spices (ginger, saffron, thyme) to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

In the kitchens, many housewives have a multicooker, which helps to save time on cooking. Even the simplest dishes turn out to be extremely tasty with the help of a multicooker. But in this unit, you can prepare a very delicious meal, for example, paella with seafood.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl. Peel the onion and chop finely and send to the multicooker for 10 minutes on the "Baking" mode. Wash the carrots, dry and grate on a coarse grater. Rinse the bell peppers under running water, remove the seeds from it and cut into small cubes. When the multicooker beeps that the onions are fried, add the peppers and carrots to it. Mix everything and turn on the "Baking" mode for 10 minutes.

Step 3

When the vegetables are stewed for 5 minutes, add the shrimp to them. The seafood must first be defrosted and peeled. By the way, keep in mind that paella requires 400 grams of peeled shrimp. If you buy them in a shell, then take 500-700 grams.

Step 4

After you hear the beep of the multicooker, open it and add the previously washed rice. Add your favorite spices and salt to taste. Top the rice with washed tomatoes cut into thin slices. Pour in water.

Step 5

Close the multicooker and turn on the "Pilaf" mode. On some models, this mode may be called "Groats" or "Rice". Cook the paella until the end of the mode, about 25 minutes. Then open the lid, stir the dish and put it on the “Warm up” mode for another 10 minutes. If there is no heating function, then just leave the paella in the multicooker for 10 minutes.

Step 6
