- margarine - 120 grams;
- one glass of sugar;
- one glass of flour;
- one egg;
- one lemon;
- salt

- For filling:
- 400 grams of pumpkin;
- 50 grams of butter;
- two tablespoons of ground cinnamon;
- one egg.
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dough, mash the margarine with sugar, then add one egg, baking soda and salt to your taste.
Step 2
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice out of one half of the lemon, and finely chop the lemon zest. Add squeezed lemon juice and finely chopped zest to the dough.
Step 3
Add flour to the resulting mass and knead a light dough. Add flour in small portions so that no lumps form. If in your opinion a glass of flour is not enough, then add a few more tablespoons.
Step 4
Sprinkle the resulting dough with flour, then wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool.
Step 5
Melt the butter in a saucepan to cook the filling. Add sugar and stir constantly to prevent it from burning. Add ground cinnamon and pumpkin, grated on a coarse grater, to the same place. Simmer the filling for twenty minutes, until the pumpkin is tender, and let it cool slightly at room temperature.
Step 6
Add the egg to the filling and chop it with a blender or food processor until smooth.
Step 7
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and knead it again. Roll it out to a thickness of 8 mm.
Step 8
Grease a round baking dish with oil and place the rolled dough into the baking dish so that the sides are formed. Put the filling on top of the dough in a thick layer and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 9
Place the form in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees and bake for about forty minutes until golden brown.
