Three travelers met on the high road, they really wanted to eat, so they took out everything they had and prepared this dish. It turned out to be very tasty, satisfying and tender.

  • -600 g lamb
  • -500 g noodles or spaghetti
  • -3 bell peppers
  • -3 onions
  • -1 radish
  • -1 medium carrots
  • -3 cloves of garlic
  • -50 g cilantro
  • -3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
  • -3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • -salt
  • -pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat in cold water, dry and place on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut the lamb into small cubes.

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat it up. Put pieces of meat for lagman in butter, fry them until golden brown, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Peel the onion, peel the carrots, radishes, remove the seeds from the pepper, rinse everything thoroughly in water, dry, and then cut into cubes. Put the onions in a saucepan with meat, fry until soft, then add all the other vegetables and tomato paste. Fry vegetables with meat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, salt and pepper the dish.

Step 4

Add 1.5 liters of water to the pan, stir, cook for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Pour water into a separate saucepan, salt, lower the noodles and boil according to the instructions on the package.

Step 6

Put noodles or spaghetti on plates, put vegetables and meat on top, sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
