Ingredients:

  • 170 ml of warm water;
  • 5 g dry yeast;
  • 50 g sugar;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • 380 g flour;
  • 200 g smoked carbonade.

Preparation:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and heat until warm.
  2. Pour sugar, salt and yeast into heated water. Mix everything until the loose ingredients are dissolved.
  3. Cut the carbonate into thin but short strips. If there is no carbonade, then it can be replaced with any smoked sausage.
  4. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Pour ½ part of the sifted flour into a deep bowl. Pour water with yeast, salt and sugar into the flour. Add straws of carbonade and sunflower oil there. Mix everything with a spoon until smooth.
  5. Then pour all the remaining flour into the same dough, knead the dough itself in a bowl, then put it on the work surface and knead it well again on the table. In this case, the finished dough should be soft and not sticky. But if it still turned out to be sticky, then you should not add flour!
  6. Grease your hands generously with sunflower oil. Knead the dough again for 2 minutes with butter hands, then roll it into a ball, cover with a towel and leave to rise for at least half an hour. During this time, the ball should slightly increase in size.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with oil and, if desired, cover with edible paper.
  8. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and mix with sesame seeds.
  9. Roll out the matching dough into a cake, sprinkle evenly with a mixture of cheese and sesame seeds, fold in an envelope and roll out with a rolling pin into a rectangle. The process of folding into an envelope and rolling must be repeated at least 3-4 times.
  10. Then roll out the dough again and cut into long strips 1 cm thick.
  11. Twist all the sticks into spirals and put on a baking sheet.
  12. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Why approximately? Because each oven bakes in its own way and this must be taken into account. Bake ready-made bread sticks for beer and soup until golden brown
