Stuffed eggs is a dish that will not take much time to cook, but at the same time will delight you with its taste and bright design. Anything you like can serve as a filling for eggs: fish or minced meat, vegetables and various canned food.
It is necessary
- - 9 chicken eggs;
- - 1 onion, preferably large;
- - 1 can of cod liver;
- - 1 can of olives, preferably pitted;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise;
- - 1 medium bunch of parsley or dill;
- - spices and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel them. After that, each egg is cut in half and the yolks are removed.
Step 2
Parsley or dill greens are washed under running water in a colander, and half the amount is chopped. The onions are peeled, washed in running water and finely chopped.
Step 3
Put the cod liver from the jar into a deep dish. Egg yolks, butter are added there and then gently mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Spices, salt, onions and mayonnaise are added to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 4
The resulting mass is filled with prepared halves of egg whites. The greens left in advance are finely chopped. Liver-stuffed eggs are laid out on a serving platter and garnished with olives and parsley sprigs.
