Any festive table is not complete without chicken and eggs, and eggs stuffed with chicken liver will surprise not only your family, but also fastidious guests.

- chicken liver - 400 g,
- nine chicken eggs
- mayonnaise - 150 g,
- three teaspoons of butter,
- onion,
- a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 1
To begin with, it is worth rinsing the liver in warm water.
Step 2
Put in boiling water and cook over medium heat for 13-15 minutes. After removing the liver from the pan, let cool.
Step 3
Let's get down to the eggs. Submerge eggs in cold water and bring to a boil. Cook them for the next 10 minutes over medium heat. After the eggs are checked, cover them with cold water and let cool.
Step 4
Cut the peeled and washed onion into small pieces. Place the butter in a frying pan and let it melt. Then put the chopped onion in oil and fry over medium heat for about three minutes. Then put on a plate and let cool.
Step 5
Eggs should be peeled and then cut in half lengthways. The yolks should be removed.
Step 6
Scroll the boiled liver mixed with fried onions in a meat grinder twice.
Step 7
Mash the yolks from chicken eggs with a fork and add to the resulting minced meat, pepper and salt. Add mayonnaise to taste. Mix everything.
Step 8
Put the resulting mass in eggs. You can decorate with herbs and mayonnaise. The dish is ready.
