Chicken eggs are widely used in the preparation of various dishes. In addition to salads and pastries, you can cook eggs stuffed with various fillings. Such an appetizer will be appropriate for a home dinner, and for a festive table.

Eggs stuffed with onions

You will need:

- eggs - 3-4 pcs;

- onion - 1 piece;

- sour cream - 2 tablespoons;

- butter - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide;

- mustard - to taste;

- salt to taste.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise into 2 halves. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in butter until golden brown. Add sour cream, salt, mustard and pounded yolks to the onion, mix until smooth. Fill the halves of the eggs with the resulting mass. Serve eggs sprinkled with sour cream to the table. If desired, the dish can be decorated with herbs or thin onion half rings.

Herring stuffed eggs

You will need:

- eggs 8-10 pcs;

- herring fillet - 100 g;

- butter - 1/3 pack;

- mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. l;

- dill greens.

We clean the eggs, cut them lengthwise and remove the yolks. Finely chop the herring fillet, mix until smooth with the yolks, add melted butter. Fill the halves of the eggs with the resulting mass, so that a small slide is obtained. Top with a thin stream of mayonnaise, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise, take out the yolks and knead them with a fork. Chop the champignons at random and fry in butter, add sour cream and salt, cover with a lid and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated. Cool the finished mushrooms, mix with the yolks, season with mayonnaise. Stuff the halves of the eggs with the resulting filling.
