  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - butter - 90 g;
  • - sour cream - 70 g;
  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - vanillin - a pinch;
  • - flour - 200 g;
  • - poppy seeds - 1-2 tablespoons.
  • For the cream:
  • - milk - 250 ml;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - flour - 1, 5 tablespoons;
  • - butter - 100 g.
  • For decoration:
  • - chocolate or icing.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a separate bowl and place the sour cream and baking soda in it. Stir the resulting mixture and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, add granulated sugar to the mixture of sour cream and soda. Whisk thoroughly. Add chicken eggs there and beat again. Then add pre-softened butter, poppy seeds, vanillin and pre-sifted flour. Mix gently. Thus, the biscuit dough is ready.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Place the resulting dough in a greased baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.

Step 4

In the meantime, prepare the cream for the future cake. To do this, combine granulated sugar, flour and an egg in a bowl. Rub this mixture. Then add chilled milk to it. Mix everything well, pour into a saucepan and place on the stove. Cook the resulting mass until it becomes thick.

Step 5

Gradually, stirring continuously, add whipped butter to the cold cream.

Step 6

Cut the cooled baked goods lengthwise into 2 equal pieces. Put one on a plate and brush with a little cream. Cut the second into cubes and mix with the rest of the cream. Place the resulting mass on the first cake. Decorate the dish with pre-melted chocolate or icing. In this form, send the treat to the refrigerator for the whole night. Cake "Smak" is ready!
