Chicken is inexpensive, tasty, healthy and the most popular dietary meat. And if you want variety, then cook the chicken in ginger sauce. The pungent ginger root not only gives the dish a spicy aftertaste, but also helps fight extra pounds.
It is necessary
- 80 grams of ginger
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
- 600 grams of chicken fillet,
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- green onions to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ginger into thin strips. Transfer the chopped ginger to a large bowl, cover with cold water and set aside for 10 minutes. Drain off the water after 10 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken fillet pieces until golden brown. For convenience, fry the fillets in two batches. Transfer the cooked meat to a bowl.
Step 5
In the same oil, fry half rings of onion and ginger until golden brown.
Step 6
Chop the cloves of garlic, add to the pan to the onion, fry for another five minutes.
Step 7
Pour 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 60 ml of soy sauce into a skillet and add a teaspoon of sugar (preferably cane sugar). Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. As soon as the sauce thickens, put the fried chicken fillet in it, mix well and heat the meat for 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken skillet from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, stir and serve in portioned bowls.
