A dish for thrifty housewives. When buying poultry or rabbit meat, once again you wonder what to do with offal. You can make a delicious soup from the heart, liver and stomach, but one carcass will not be enough for a full meal. Therefore, there is an alternative - to surprise the household with an original salad.
It is necessary
- - 2 pcs. any liver (chicken, rabbit, duck, nutria or goose);
- - 2 eggs;
- - 250 g of colored pasta;
- - 1 tbsp. l. butter;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- - dill greens;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the liver. Cover with water, salt and cook for an hour. Cool it down. Cook the colored pasta in lightly salted water. Toss in a colander and place in a salad bowl. Add butter and stir well.
Step 2
Place the eggs in a small saucepan and boil them hard. Place the boiled eggs in cold water for a few minutes, peel, cut into cubes, and send to a salad bowl.
Step 3
Cut the cold liver, send the liver pieces to the salad bowl. Rinse the dill and chop finely. Add to salad. Season with salt and pepper, pour olive oil over the salad. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 4
For decoration, you can add tomato slices and some olives. Serve the salad warm.
