It is necessary
- - Carrots - 2 pcs;
- - Eggs - 2 pcs;
- - Cheese - 30-50 g;
- - Salad - 5 sheets;
- - Radish - 4 pcs;

- - White wine vinegar - 2 tsp;

Instructions
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs, chill them under cold water and peel them. Cut each egg into 8 pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half. Slice the radishes into thin rings.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Peel the celery and remove all excess (skin, coarse fibers). Cut the celery into thin slices. Wash and dry lettuce leaves well. Tear the salad with your hands into several pieces and put them in a dish.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine wine vinegar, olive oil, and sugar for a salad dressing. Put celery and radish in a salad with the salad, mix the vegetables well, adding dressing to them. Place carrots, eggs and tomatoes on top of the vegetables. Pour the remaining dressing and sprinkle the cheese over the salad.
