I propose a simple vegetable salad, the recipe for which I myself learned recently. This truly autumn salad consists of fresh vegetables, therefore it is indispensable for diets, fasting days and the treatment of vitamin deficiency.
It is necessary
- - red tomatoes 2 pcs;
- - beets 1 pc;
- - carrots 3 pcs;
- - fresh cabbage 0.5 heads of cabbage;
- - zucchini;
- - walnuts 50 grams;
- - 3 cloves garlic;
- - some raw mushrooms (to taste);
- - greens of dill and parsley;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - salt, olive oil.

Here is a recipe for a delicious vegetable salad, easy to prepare: grate raw beets and carrots, chop the cabbage. You don't need to crush the cabbage.

On a coarse grater, grate the peeled and prepared zucchini.

Prepare walnuts. To do this, you need to crank them through a meat grinder, or crumble them in another way.
Step 4
Chop greens, pick lettuce leaves with your hands.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and stir again. Put in a salad bowl, garnish with tomato slices on top. Vegetable salads with oil are very useful for the stomach, intestines and figure.
