Instructions
Step 1
Bake vegetables with sour cream. To do this, peel 5 medium potatoes and cut into circles no more than 2 centimeters thick. Dip them in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water. Cut two small courgettes and two medium eggplants into round wedges. Their thickness should not be more than 1 centimeter.
Step 2
For 4 different colored bell peppers, remove the seeds and stem and then chop into short strips. Chop 5 medium tomatoes into wedges and chop 4 garlic cloves as small as possible.
Step 3
Place a layer of potatoes in a deep baking dish, then eggplant and zucchini. Season the top layer with salt and pepper and garlic. Place the peppers in the last layer and cover them with 2 cups of not very thick sour cream. Spread tomato slices on top, salt and place in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 35 minutes. Check readiness with a fork. If the vegetables are soft enough, the mold can be removed from the oven.
Step 4
To roast vegetables in foil, peel 2 large potato tubers and cut into cubes. Peel one red bell pepper and chop into long wide strips. Free one large onion from the husk and chop as small as possible. Cut six fresh mushrooms into quarters.
Step 5
Chop 30 grams each of parsley and dill and chop 4 cloves of garlic. Place all vegetables in a deep bowl and combine with herbs and garlic, then season with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir.
Step 6
Cut the foil into square pieces and stack 2-3 sheets on top of each other for each portion. Place a serving of vegetables in the center of the square and pin the ends of the foil over them. Place the prepared nodules in the oven on the wire rack and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Readiness is determined by the softness of the potatoes.
