Step 1

Bake vegetables with sour cream. To do this, peel 5 medium potatoes and cut into circles no more than 2 centimeters thick. Dip them in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water. Cut two small courgettes and two medium eggplants into round wedges. Their thickness should not be more than 1 centimeter.

For 4 different colored bell peppers, remove the seeds and stem and then chop into short strips. Chop 5 medium tomatoes into wedges and chop 4 garlic cloves as small as possible.
