Vegetables are used to prepare many dishes - salads, stews, soups, side dishes. The dish, which we will talk about, can be served on the table as an appetizer or as a side dish. It is called "royally vegetables".
It is necessary
- - 400 g pumpkin (pulp)
- - 2 sweet peppers
- - 1 large onion (or several small ones)
- - 200 g brussels sprouts
- - 8 cherry tomatoes
- - vegetable oil
- - 1 tbsp. l. honey
- - salt
- - 1 tbsp. l. white wine
- - ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin (pulp) into small squares. Cut the pepper into strips, first remove the seeds. Brussels sprouts must be thoroughly washed and each head of cabbage must be cut into two parts.
Step 2
Cut the onion into thin rings. Cherry tomatoes can be left whole or cut in half.
Step 3
Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the pre-cooked vegetables in an even layer. It is not necessary to mix them, just lay them in layers or in a shuffle.
Step 4
Top the vegetables with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and cover with foil. Bake the dish for 20 minutes in the oven.
Step 5
After the vegetables are cooked, place them on a deep plate. Mix the oil remaining after baking with one tablespoon of dry white wine and pour the resulting mixture over the vegetables. Garnish with parsley sprigs or green onions when serving.
