Deliciously cooked meat is appropriate on any table: on a festive meal or during a home meal. Pork cooked like a king will delight the family and delight guests. According to this recipe, pork turns out to be tender and juicy.
It is necessary

- - walnuts - 1/2 cup;

Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the pork, wash it under running water and cut the meat into 4 by 6 cm pieces, 1-1.5 cm thick. Put the meat on the board and beat it slightly, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the onions into circles, being careful not to split the circles into rings. If the onion is very bitter or tough, then carefully put it in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave for 5-7 minutes, then carefully remove it with a slotted spoon. Put the chops in a bowl, coat well with mayonnaise and put a circle of onion on top of each piece. Alternate until all ingredients are used up. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for an hour and a half.
Step 3
Grease a heat-resistant form with sunflower oil and carefully put the chops in it along with the onions. Chop the walnut with a sharp knife and sprinkle on the meat. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 220-250 degrees and put the dish in it for half an hour. While the meat is cooking, grate the cheese. After the allotted time, remove the foil, sprinkle the chops with cheese and add a few kernels of barberry. Remove the form in the oven for another five minutes to melt the cheese. Place the pork on a flat plate and serve.
