Fish of the sturgeon family (sturgeon, sterlet, beluga, stellate sturgeon) have been especially valued since ancient times. Sturgeon is called the king fish for its considerable size, dense meat, aroma and excellent taste. Plus, sturgeon is a valuable source of protein and vitamins. Sturgeon dishes are always a decoration of any table. Even an inexperienced housewife can easily cook sturgeon quickly and deliciously in a royal manner.
It is necessary
- - sturgeon fillet - 0.5 kg - 1 kg
- -white dry wine - one glass
- -butter - 50 g
- -lemon - 1 pc.
- - lettuce leaves
- -salt - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the sturgeon fillets with cold water, cut into large pieces, put in a deep frying pan.
Step 2
Pour white dry wine over the sturgeon (semi-sweet and sweet wines will not work!). Then put the coarsely chopped lemon slices into pieces. Put a piece of butter in the pan.
Step 3
Close the lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 15 minutes. The cover must not be opened!
Step 4
Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry with a towel or spread out on a large plate.
Step 5
Put the prepared sturgeon on plates right away with lemon and lettuce. Pour the sauce in which the sturgeon was prepared. If necessary, add salt to taste, but be sure to try it without salt first - delicious!
Step 6
An ideal addition to royally sturgeon is a glass of dry white wine. Enjoy the royal meal!
