In countries with hot climates, tomato fish soup is especially popular because it combines ingredients such as tomatoes and fish. Tomato fish soup can be made from both sea and freshwater fish of any kind.
Diet tomato fish soup from pike perch
You will need:
- fresh pike perch - 500 g;
- potatoes - 3 pcs.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- parsley roots - 2 tbsp. l.;
- dry spices (cloves, bay leaves, peppers and others for fish);
- fresh herbs (basil, parsley, dill, cilantro and others).
Peel the zander from the scales, then make a longitudinal cut, gut and remove the gills, and then rinse the fish carcass thoroughly, separate the head, tail and cut into small portions.
The separated tail and head must be boiled along with spices, as well as parsley root and one onion until completely boiled.
Then strain the broth and put the peeled and prepared vegetables into it: carrots and potatoes, add the pre-washed rice. It is necessary to cook the broth within 10-15 minutes after boiling. Next, add pieces of pike perch, as well as tomato paste to the pan, mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot tomato pike perch soup hot with herbs.
Tomato fish soup with seafood
You will need:
- squids - 200 g;
- salmon fillet - 300 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- rice - 2 tbsp. l.;
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- olives - 10 pcs.;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- dry spices (ginger, coriander and others for fish);
- fresh herbs.
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes, wash the rice. Combine these ingredients in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 13-15 minutes after boiling.
In the meantime, prepare the salmon fillet, send the fish to the broth, add the prepared bell peppers, finely diced, tomato paste, and then cook for about 8 minutes more. Add dry spices as well.
Boil the squid in a saucepan for 3-4 minutes, then drain and cut the seafood into small strips. Next, you need to add squid and olives, cut into circles, to the saucepan.
Serve spicy tomato soup with seafood hot, seasoning with hot red pepper, and adding to each plate a slice of lime, onions, cut into half rings, and garlic if desired.
