- Baked zucchini with vegetable mixture
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.;
- champignons - 150 g;
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- parsley and dill;
- vegetable oil;
- pepper;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Vegetables baked with beans Wash vegetables and herbs thoroughly and dry. Dry the bread slices in a dry skillet and cool. Pepper the seeds and stalks and cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut into half circles. Mix the beans with carrots and peppers, add crumbled bread and salt. Stir and place on a greased baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.
Step 2
Baked Cauliflower Divide the cabbage into florets and soak them in salted water for 20 minutes. This is necessary in order to remove small bugs that tend to crawl inside the inflorescences. Then rinse and simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk sour cream with eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Chop green onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the inflorescences in a baking dish in an even layer and cover with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with cheese and onions on top. Place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Step 3
Baked zucchini with vegetable mixture Rinse vegetables and herbs thoroughly in cold water and cool. Cut the zucchini into circles no more than 2-3 centimeters thick and carefully remove the seeds and some of the pulp. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the circles of zucchini there, reduce the heat and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Pepper the stalks and seeds and chop finely. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips or grate on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Mix prepared ingredients, salt and pepper. Place the zucchini slices on a greased baking sheet and fill them with the resulting filling. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished baked zucchini with chopped fresh herbs. If desired, you can sprinkle the zucchini with the vegetable mixture with grated cheese before baking.
