Cauliflower is an ideal dietary vegetable. It contains a huge amount of vitamins and minerals useful for the body. There are many ways to cook cauliflower. An interesting and very tasty dish will turn out with grated cauliflower and bacon.
It is necessary
- - 4 strips of bacon;
- - small onion;
- - medium head of cauliflower;
- - 15 ml of water;
- - 150 g of any frozen vegetables (to taste);
- - 15 ml fish sauce (can be replaced with soy sauce).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small pieces, chop the onion, rub the cauliflower on a very coarse grater.
Step 2
In a frying pan (or wok) over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp, add the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
We increase the heat to the maximum, add the grated cauliflower to the pan. Fry, stirring quickly, for a minute. Pour in water and pour vegetables into the pan (without defrosting them), mix, close the pan with a lid and leave for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add fish or soy sauce to the finished dish, mix, taste and salt and pepper if desired.
