The cauliflower recipe with fried bacon and potatoes works well for a hearty lunch during hard working days. This dish is high in calories, which means it will give you a supply of energy and strength for the whole day.
It is necessary
- cauliflower - 300-400 gr.
- bacon - 250-300 gr.
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- garlic - 1 clove
- white wine - 100-150 ml
- flour - 150 gr.
- unrefined olive oil
- salt
- parsley - 200 gr.
- dill - 100 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into inflorescences and steam for 15-18 minutes. Pour flour into a cup, pour cold water (200-250 ml), mix well and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll the boiled cauliflower in the flour mixture. Place in a skillet drizzled with olive oil. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Put in a glass one clove of garlic and a little coarse salt, grind with a blender in mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and add white wine.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry for 10-12 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil. Add finely chopped bacon, pour the wine-garlic mixture on top and fry for another 8-10 minutes.
