- carrots 1 pc;
- onion 1 pc;
- champignons 200g;
- tomato paste 2-3 tbsp;
- 1/2 cup water;
- bulgarian pepper 1 pc;
- tomatoes 2pcs;
- sausages or sausage 100 g;
- salt
- butter
- granulated sugar to taste;
- pork 400 g;
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
Instructions
Step 1
Take a medium head. Chop the cabbage and place in a deep skillet. Drizzle with oil and add 1/2 cup water. Simmer covered for 60 minutes over medium heat. Take and chop the onion, then sauté the onions, mushrooms and grated carrots in oil. Add tomato paste and 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar and mix well. Five minutes before the cabbage is ready, add the fried vegetables with mushrooms to the skater. Add spices and herbs and simmer for another five minutes.
Step 2
Take a medium head of cabbage, chop it. Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet. Arrange the cabbage and cover. Peel two onions and chop them finely. Place the onion on top of the cabbage and cover again. Peel and grate the carrots. Stir the cabbage and add grated carrots on top. Toss and add the bell peppers and tomatoes. Simmer, stirring for another 20 minutes. Then, at the end, add chopped sausage or sausages. Make a small fire and simmer the hodgepodge for another seven minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste and simmer for another five minutes.
Step 3
Prepare a hodgepodge in a pressure cooker. Take a medium head of cabbage and chop it into medium cubes. Wash the pork and cut into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a pressure cooker at the bottom and heat it. Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Put onions and carrots in a pressure cooker and simmer with the lid open for five minutes. Then add meat and spices. Close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Then open the lid. Add cabbage, spices, tomato paste or two chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar. If the cabbage is young and juicy, then you do not need to add water, the cabbage itself will give juice. If the cabbage is dry, then add 1/2 cup of water. Add some more vegetable oil. Move everything and close the lid. Simmer everything for about 40 minutes.
