It is necessary

  • - pork - 600 g;
  • - onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - fresh tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • - dry white wine - 1 glass;
  • - bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • - seasoning hops-suneli - 0.5 tsp;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • - parsley greens - 3-4 branches;
  • - sugar - 1 tsp.
  • For duchess potatoes:
  • - potatoes - 4 pcs. (large);
  • - butter - 30 g;
  • - cream - 50 ml;
  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade for the meat. In a bowl, mix the wine with sugar, salt and pepper. Finely break the bay leaf, remove the husk from the garlic clove and chop finely. After peeling the onion, chop it into small cubes. Put everything in wine and stir. Prepare the meat, wash it and cut it into thin slices. Dip in the marinade, stir and leave for 4-5 hours.

Step 2

Rinse the pepper in running water, cut into slices, removing the inside. Divide the clean tomatoes into cubes. Chop the remaining onion in half rings, chop the garlic.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the meat, fry. You do not need to throw away the marinade, it will still come in handy.

Step 4

Fry the onion and garlic separately, add the tomato slices and pepper. Put the meat with the ready-made vegetables and cover with the marinade. Simmer until the meat is cooked, add water if necessary. At the same time, set the heating of the pan to minimum and cover with a lid. Turn off the heat, stir the dish with the chopped parsley, salt to taste.

Go ahead and cook duchess potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water. Make a puree by adding cream, butter and 2 chicken yolks. Beat the mixture until fluffy, the potatoes should become like thick sour cream.

Step 6

Grease a baking sheet with oil, use pastry tools to squeeze potato curls onto it. Bake them, greased with egg white beforehand. Put the prepared duchess potatoes on plates, place the meat with vegetables next to it and serve.
