  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 200 g funchose;
  • - 400 g pork fillet;
  • - 100 g of vegetable oil;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of coriander;
  • - 0.5 tablespoon of ground paprika;
  • - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 1, 5 teaspoon of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork fillet into strips from 0.5 to 1.5 cm thick.

Step 2

Wash the carrots, onions, and bell peppers. Peel the carrots and onions, remove the seed box from the pepper. Cut all vegetables as thinly as possible. If you have a special shredder, use it.

Step 3

Chop the pork, add a little pepper and salt. Fry the pork meat in a deep skillet until tender. It is necessary to fry in vegetable oil.

Step 4

Processing rice noodles. First, it should be poured with cold water, and after 3 minutes, strain and pour boiling water. Leave the noodles in hot water for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Cut a cucumber into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil. Do the same with the rest of the vegetables you have prepared. It is better to fry them separately from each other in order to improve the taste and aroma of the final dish.

Step 6

Place cooked vegetables in a skillet with meat. Drizzle with lemon juice and add spices, salt, and garlic, which must first be finely chopped.

Step 7

Mix the whole mixture thoroughly and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 8

Put prepared rice noodles with pork and vegetables. Stir again, taste if there is enough salt. You can add any spices you like. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Funchoza is ready. The dish can be served both hot and cold.
