Aligot is a traditional French dish. It is made with cheese, garlic and potatoes. I suggest you try to cook the dish according to the classic recipe. The specified amount of food is enough for 8 servings.

- - potatoes - 1.5 kg;
- - hard cheese - 600 g;
- - butter - 75 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - greens - 30 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water until tender. Drain the water, rub the hot potatoes on a coarse grater. Add butter, stir. Place the grated potatoes back into the pot.
Step 2
Chop the garlic, combine with potatoes. Stir.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Put a pot with potatoes on very low heat. Heat the potatoes a little, stirring constantly. Add grated cheese to potatoes in small portions. When the potato cheese mass becomes a homogeneous consistency, add sour cream, salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Step 5
Put the prepared dish on a heated portion plate, garnish with fresh herbs. Aligo is ready! Bon Appetit!
