The sweetness of the biscuit perfectly sets off the slightly sour sour cream filling, and the aroma of honey makes your head spin!

- For biscuit:
- - 6 eggs;
- - 4 tablespoons honey;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
- Cream:
- - 400 g sour cream;
- - 1 glass of powdered sugar;
- - a few drops of vanilla essence.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper or parchment.
Step 2
Combine eggs with glasses of sugar and honey in a mixer bowl. Turn on the mixer and beat until a white, airy foam. Combine flour with baking powder and sift over beaten eggs. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the dough into a prepared baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until it becomes golden brown. Then turn the finished biscuit on a towel and, without removing the paper, roll it up.
Step 4
Whisk all the cream ingredients while the roll is cooling. It is very important to take sour cream at least 25% fat, otherwise you will not be able to beat it!
Step 5
Unfold the roll and brush with the filling. Wrap it back and refrigerate for a few hours (I leave it overnight) to soak.
