Step 1
Lace snack
First of all, prepare the filling. To do this, peel the onion and chop finely with a knife. Stirring occasionally, fry the minced meat in vegetable oil along with the onions for 20-25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. For pancake dough, beat eggs with granulated sugar. Pour in milk, without ceasing to stir, gradually add flour, add salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix everything very well until smooth. Then pour the prepared dough into a plastic bottle, seal it tightly and make a hole in the lid about 5 millimeters in diameter. Bake lacy pancakes from the dough. To do this, pour the dough into the pan in portions in the form of a lattice with gaps inside. Fry on both sides. Make sure that the pancakes are not too thin, otherwise they will tear. On each prepared pancake, put a leaf of lettuce, put the minced meat filling on top and wrap.
Step 2
Cheese roll with minced meat
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, add eggs and sour cream. Peel and chop the onions, rinse the greens, dry and finely chop. Combine onions and herbs with cheese mass. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Place a sheet of foil on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. Spread the cheese dough evenly over the foil in a 1 centimeter layer. Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 ° C. Then put the minced chicken on top in a thin layer, salt it, pepper, sprinkle with spices to taste, roll the cheese dough into a roll and bake in the oven for another 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished roll, cut into circles and garnish with finely chopped herbs.
Step 3
Stuffed drying
Heat milk until warm, remove from heat and soak dryers in it until they become soft. Add salt, pepper to the minced meat, beat in an egg and mix everything thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment oiled with vegetable oil and line the softened dryers. Fill the void in the center of each dryer with prepared minced meat and compact it tightly. Brush with sour cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the stuffed dryers in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 ° C.
