In summer, you always want to go on a picnic, celebrate a holiday and have a barbecue. It is not necessary to be limited only to meat. Prepare light and varied snacks and barbecue dishes outdoors.
Light salad, canapes, sandwich - all this is an excellent side dish for meat. A delicious kebab in combination with vegetables can be prepared for any feast and festive dinner. Drinks such as beer, vodka and cognac can be served in addition to barbecue.
Jubilee snack on chips
You will need: 250 g of hard cheese; oval chips, 2 medium tomatoes, dill, 150 g mayonnaise.
Rinse the dill well and dry, chop finely. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Wash the tomatoes, cut into small cubes. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add mayonnaise. Stir everything and place the appetizer over the chips before serving.
Ham rolls
You will need: 150 g of walnuts, 200 g of processed cheese, 2 eggs, 400 g of ham, mayonnaise, 1 clove of garlic, herbs.
Pre-freeze the processed cheese, then grate. Finely chop the nuts, squeeze the garlic through a press. Finely chop the eggs and greens. Place food in a bowl, add mayonnaise and stir. Cut the ham into thin slices. Place the filling on each slice and roll gently. Tie the rolls with green onions and serve.
Canape "Holiday"
You will need: rye bread, 150 g of cream cheese, sausage or salami, olives.
Cut the bread into small square pieces. You can pre-fry them in a pan. Spread cream cheese on each slice, followed by hard cheese. Then add another slice of bread. Stick a skewer into the sandwich and put a piece of sausage on it, and decorate with olive on top.
"Original" salad
You will need: 3 lettuce leaves, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 3 cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, 1 can of olives, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil; 1 bell pepper, green onion, 100 g feta cheese.
Wash vegetables and herbs, cut into cubes. Tear the salad with your hands, chop the onion finely. Pour oil into a bowl, add mustard and stir well. Place all vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl. Top with dressing, stir salad. Cut the cheese into small cubes and place on top of the vegetables. Cut the olives in half and add to the salad. This easy dish can be prepared for any picnic.
Salad "Summer"
You will need: dill, green onions, lettuce, salt, 3 cucumbers, 3-4 radishes, 3 tomatoes, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
Finely chop the greens and salad. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into slices, radishes into thin slices. Place all vegetables in a large salad bowl, add salt, oil and stir.
Simple coleslaw
You will need: fresh cabbage, 2 cucumbers, 1 carrot, 1 can of canned corn, mayonnaise, salt, sugar to taste.
Finely chop fresh cabbage into thin strips, remember a little with your hands. Grate the carrots and cucumber. Place vegetables in a bowl, put corn, season with mayonnaise.
Cold zucchini appetizer
You will need: 500 g of zucchini, 1, 5 teaspoons of salt, 70 g of vegetable oil, 5 cloves of garlic, herbs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, pepper.
Wash zucchini, peel. Trim lengthwise with a sharp knife into long, thin plates. Prepare a marinade from oil, garlic, honey, pepper, chopped fine herbs and vinegar. Place the zucchini slices in a bowl and cover with the marinade. Then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Grilled baked vegetables with mushrooms
You will need: greens, 1 zucchini, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, salt, 200 g of mushrooms, 1 eggplant, 1 lemon, 2 sweet peppers, 2 cloves of garlic.
Rinse all vegetables, herbs and mushrooms. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into 1 cm thick rings. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into slices. Divide the champignons into 2 parts. Chop the herbs and garlic finely. Put the vegetables in a cup, add herbs, garlic, juice of half a lemon and vegetable oil. Stir all ingredients and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Then place the vegetables on a wire rack and bake evenly on both sides.
Quick pita roll
You will need: thin pita bread, 3 pieces of processed cheese, 2 medium carrots, 1 clove of garlic, mayonnaise.
Pre-freeze the processed cheese. Then grate the carrots and cheese on a fine grater, squeeze out the garlic and stir with mayonnaise until a pasty consistency. Place the filling on top of the pita bread. Roll up the roll carefully and place in the refrigerator. Cut and place on a platter before serving.
Eggplant vegetable snack
You will need: 4 tomatoes, 3 eggplants, salt, 3 cloves of garlic, cilantro, parsley, dill, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.
Wash the eggplants, cut into 1 cm thick slices, sprinkle with salt and leave so that the bitterness goes away. Then rinse the vegetables again. Cut the tomatoes into slices, finely chop the greens. Squeeze out the garlic, pour in the vinegar and oil. Combine all the ingredients, stir and let it brew.
