Corn in chocolate
A great snack for a movie show with friends. Lovers of sweet and salty will especially like it.
- 2 packs of regular microwave popcorn;
- 100 g of dark chocolate;
- a couple of pinches of salt.
Rub the chocolate on a fine grater and mix with salt.
Microwave the popcorn as directed on the package.
Combine still hot cooked corn with chocolate.
Chickpeas with spices
A very healthy vegetarian snack.
- 400 g of boiled chickpeas;
- 20 g of olive oil;
- a teaspoon of paprika;
- 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary greens;
- 0.5 teaspoon of hot pepper;
- a third of a teaspoon of turmeric;
- salt to taste.
Preheat the oven to 190 gadus.
Gently mix the chickpeas with all the other ingredients and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for half an hour, gently stirring the beans with a spatula every 5 minutes.
English cucumber sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons soft butter;
- a couple of sprigs of fresh mint;
- 12 slices of whole grain bread;
- 2 pcs. salad cucumbers;
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cut off the crusts from the bread and dry the pieces in a toaster, grill or frying pan.
Separate the leaves from the mint, wash them, dry them and chop finely.
Mix mint with softened butter and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
To collect sandwiches: Spread butter, cheese and mint on the toasted bread. Divide the cucumbers in half of the bread, cover with the other half.
